All microsomes and s9 products are tested by Quality Control to provide researchers with the best product in the market. They are vialed at an approximate contration of 20 mg/mL. Each preparation must pass set criteria for release. Microsomes and S9 are tested for protein. Human microsomes are tested for total P450. Enzyme characterization is performed on all human microsome and S9 products.
